It is very hard, if not impossible to come across high quality animation in web site designs. RY-GUY.com, a personal portfolio site, is a rare gem that features tons of smooth, detailed animations seamlessly blended to the design. An elaborate illustration of a typical American big city street corner is used as the main interface, and it is populated with passing cars, trucks, and even alien invaders that look like the beachball alien from John Carpenter's classic cosmic comedy Dark Star. There is a quick version too (watch the paperboy). 100% Flash.
